About WoodLuv2

This is a fun and easy craft that you can do or you can even do with your kids. You paint your blocks a base color. (I pick a color that matches the paper I'm going to use.) Then you pick scrapbook paper that you want to use. Trace your wood letter on the paper, cut it out and glue it down with mod podge. Easy and so cute!

If you're interested in purchasing our cute Summer wood letters you can email me at woodluv2@ymail.com or at Etsy. The Etsy shop is called WoodLuv2. If you live in Utah County I am willing to meet you somewhere so you don't have to pay shipping.

I do custom words and names. Contact me if you're interested in something special for your home.

Magnetic Toddler Fun!

So this was a quick road trip/birthday gift for my two year old.  We were going to be in the car for 5 hours one way and my little ones does NOT do well in the car for more than 2 hrs and if she crys for more than two minutes she pukes.  So this was made to help distract her along the way.  AND IT WORKED!  She played with this alone for almost two hours!!  Yipee!!!!  I made this in two days and it turned out great!  I found the pictures on line, copied them to a word document, shurnk them to the size I wanted, traced a little bigger on wood, cut them out with my saw, painted them, then modge podged them on, last I added magnets.  TA DA!  I found the backgrounds on line also and modge podged them to the cookie sheet.  But she had it pulled off in nothing flat.  Still trying to figure a different method for the background.  But, oh well!
